The street in Arras looks like it could be an indoor mall. Is it as neat and tidy as it looks?
ReplyDeleteThat particular street was pedestrian only. The towns are all reasonably clean but old. Arras has quite a few shut down businesses especially gas stations. Flowers and hedges are spectacular in places.
